Privacy Policy & Legal Notice
This page sets out who operates this website, the terms on which its content is published, and how personal information submitted through it is collected, used and protected.
Last reviewed:
1. Website operator
CBIAttorney is a legal platform created by Rojas Pascual Abogados and led by Argentine attorney Juan Pablo Rojas Pascual. Rojas Pascual Abogados is responsible for this website and for the processing of personal data described below.
Contact for legal and privacy matters: info@rojaspascual.com.ar.
2. Nature of the content — no legal advice
Content published on this website is general legal information about Argentine law, current as of the review date shown on each page. It is not legal advice, does not address any particular person's circumstances and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney who has reviewed your situation.
Laws, regulations and administrative practice — in particular the Argentine citizenship by investment framework — may change after publication. Where a matter is pending implementation, this is indicated on the relevant page.
3. No attorney–client relationship
Reading this website, submitting the contact form or sending a WhatsApp or email message does not create an attorney–client relationship. Such a relationship begins only once the scope of the engagement and the applicable fees have been agreed in writing.
Until then, please do not send confidential or sensitive documents. Information sent in a preliminary inquiry is treated with discretion but may not be protected in the same way as information shared within an established engagement.
4. Independence from public authorities
CBIAttorney is a private legal practice. It is not a government agency, is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Argentine Government, and does not decide any application. Decisions on citizenship, residence and related procedures are made exclusively by the competent Argentine authorities and courts.
No outcome, approval, eligibility or processing time is guaranteed. Legal counsel can help assess eligibility, prepare documentation and navigate the applicable legal and administrative process.
5. Personal data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your full name, country of residence, email address, WhatsApp or mobile number, the type of matter (optional) and the content of your message. If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you choose to share through those channels.
We ask only for the information needed to understand and respond to your inquiry. Please avoid including sensitive data (such as health information or data revealing political or religious views) unless strictly necessary.
6. Purpose and legal basis
Personal data is used to respond to your inquiry, assess whether we can assist, and — if you engage us — to provide legal services and comply with professional and legal obligations. Processing is based on your consent when you submit an inquiry and, where applicable, on the performance of an engagement.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it to build marketing profiles and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
8. Retention and security
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, and are then deleted. Data relating to an engagement is kept for the period required by professional and legal obligations.
Inquiries are sent through a validated server process and stored in a protected database that is not publicly accessible. No system is completely secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
9. Your rights
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 you may request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@rojaspascual.com.ar. Access requests may be made free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law 25.326, handles complaints regarding breaches of personal data protection rules. If you reside in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under your local law.
11. Intellectual property
Texts, design and other content on this website belong to Rojas Pascual Abogados or are used with permission. Brief quotation with attribution and a link to the source page is permitted; reproduction of substantial parts for commercial purposes requires prior written consent.
12. External links
Links to official sources and third-party websites are provided for reference only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
13. Governing law and changes
This notice is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. We may update it to reflect legal, technical or operational changes; the date of the latest review is shown on this page.
